Shipping Policy
Just Buffer as of now doesn’t have a logistics company of its own due to which we rely on 3rd party logistics for all our shipment needs.
Here are our shipping policies we adhere to:
- All the disputes related to Damage, Fake delivery, etc. must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery/delivery attempt. Any such cases raised after 48 hrs will not be entertained.
- Your shipment Is updated as RTO (Return to Origin) initiated when the courier executive couldn’t deliver your shipment to the end buyer. In this case, they mark the shipment RTO and send it back to the original pickup address.
- Just Buffer will not make any refunds or resend a product if any order is not delivered due to any reason and processed for RTO.
- Additional charges will be incurred in case the customer wants to receive the order again.
- A Proof of Delivery or P.O.D. (pronounced P.O.D.) is a receipt that establishes evidence that you have received the order in good condition. Just Buffer does this through e-invoice and OTPs. Kindly make sure that you request the P.O.D Dispute within 48 hours from the estimated time of delivery, or else we cannot honour your claim.
- A POD Dispute cannot be raised for OTP-verified deliveries since the delivery of the order is verified by sending a message to the buyer’s registered phone number.
- Courier partners shall entertain claims related to damage only if negative remarks are mentioned on the Proof Of Delivery copy. However, if the POD copy is clean, courier partners shall not accept any claim.
Basic Terms
- Complete Postal Address, Landmark, Pin-Code, Phone Number are required for safe and secure delivery of shipment.
- Based on product availability in stock, delivery will be done.
- We encourage prepaid/cashless payments as a COVID-19 Safety Measure.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6-10 working Days within India.
- International Shipping currently not available.
- Please note that this is the maximum time we are quoting, most of the orders gets delivered before time.
What are the Delivery Charges?
- If your preferred method of payment is COD (Cash On Delivery), then an additional handling charge of Rs 50 would be applied.
How will we send?
- We will be sending through third party Courier. It reaches you wherever you are located. We ensure it reaches you quick and safe.
When will my order be delivered?
- As soon as we dispatch the order, tracking details will be sent on email as well as SMS, to track it online.
- The order will be delivered within 7 Working Days all over India, and may take upto 10 working days for delivery to North-eastern states.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics, epidemics, strikes, acts of God or even during festive seasons and national holidays, the delivery time may increase by a few days.
Can I arrange delivery according to my time?
- Though we cannot control exact delivery time from our end, you can only change delivery date of your shipment if it is not delivered due to some reason. However, we’re still working on this and until then it cannot be assured that the delivery will be made on the requested date.
What if a product is currently out of stock in the size I want?
- We usually replenish our stock as soon as possible. However, Drop us an email at (Company mail) and we shall get back to you immediately.
How do I check the status of my order?
- Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details by e-mail and SMS.
- You’ll be updated from time to time regarding the status of your order.
- Again, once we dispatch your shipment, you will be notified via SMS.
- In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.
How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
- Once your order is placed you will be directed to the order confirmation page.
- You can find details of your order on App/Web under track order/My Orders.
- E-mail confirmation is sent to your registered e-mail id.
- SMS confirmation sent to your registered mobile number.
Why can’t I see the COD option?
For a few pin codes, we are unable to provide the cash-on-delivery payment option currently.
Moreover, COD can’t be availed in below mentioned cases as well:
- If you have applied coupons on the cart that are only applicable on Prepaid orders. You may however, opt for any other mode of payment such as Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or using an Online Wallet.
- If a user has cancelled/returned/RTO multiple orders repetitively we have put in guard rules to stop them from using COD as an option.
I have not received an order confirmation.
- If you can see your order has been placed on the Orders page, don’t worry, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS soon. Please check your spam folder as well.
My order status reads delivered, but I have not yet received it.
- In case, the product does not reach the customer even after being marked as “delivered” on the shipping site, then customer has to report the same within 48Hrs to (Company Mail), in addition to which-
- Kindly check if your order may have been received by someone else on your behalf.
- If your address is a residential address please check with your neighbour/security guard.
- If your address is non-residential then please check with the reception team.
- If you think that isn’t the case, please reach out to us via registered email id along with the order details.
What happens when the shipment is lost in-transit?
- When the shipment is lost in-transit, you can drop an email at (Company Mail), and we shall investigate this and either refund you or ship a new order once we receive a confirmation from our courier partner.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
- Sorry, that is not possible as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. However, You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don’t worry, there are no cancellation charges until your order is shipped.
